At Celebrate Your Life! we do everything in our power to ensure no one comes to our retreats or events feeling alone. When you register for a retreat, you will receive an invitation to join a private Facebook group specific to the retreat or event you are attending. Over the past 24 years, we continue to hear the same feedback: our events feel like home, like family, because of our connected and engaged soul tribe community. Our community gives you a sense of belonging from true soul connections made before you even attend one of our events.
When you register for an event, you will receive an invitation to join a private Facebook group for the specific event. In this group, you can post a request to find a roommate or to carpool with others who are attending. This is also a great way to get to know each other and build connections prior to attending the event.
At our events and retreats we do not separate out days, speakers or workshops for sale separately.
At CYL we have created a book store where you will be able to browse the latest releases by our presenting authors as well as a selection of apparel and gift items. Each author will have a book signing after their presentation.
We recommend that you dress comfortably. You will be sitting, standing, meditating, moving and want to feel good. The spaces are climate controlled. While we do our best to ensure that it is not too cold or too warm, we do know that everyone is different. Therefore, we suggest that you bring layers in case you get chilly or warm.
While we do arrange for a group rate at hotels, the payment for the hotel is handled separately by you. You will receive hotel information via email upon registration. We always recommend that you book your room as soon as you register for the event to avoid discounted rooms being sold out. You are also responsible for travel to and from the event/retreat destination.
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is only 20 minutes from the DoubleTree Paradise Valley Resort. We will provide transportation suggestions to all attendees that you can use to get to and from the airport.
You will not need transportation to participate in all aspects of the retreat. In addition, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is only 20 minutes from the DoubleTree Paradise Valley Resort. Taxies and Ride Shares are readily available at the airport for transportation to the resort. In the end the decision is yours.
Due to the extensive investment required to create these magical retreats, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Our Payment Plans are designed to be simple and make attending events a bit easier. There are no hidden fees, nor do we charge interest. All payments into the plan are non-refundable and your registration fee must be paid off prior to the beginning of the event. Payments are calculated by taking the total of your registration and dividing it by the number of months to the beginning of the event and rounded to the nearest dollar. That's it! Those are the terms of your plan.
